-     5 companies participated under Pharmexcil plus one stall of Pharmexcil

 

-     Exhibition was inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister for Textile Shri Elangovan as Shri Jayaram Ramesh cancelled his visit at the last moment.

 

-     Shri Elangovan Inaugurated the PHARMEXCIL stall and briefed him about the Pharmexcil activities and what member companies are displaying

Meeting with Prof. Bakhtiyar M. Tursunov, DG, UZULGURJI SARDOINVEST,  This is agency set by Ministry of Commerce and Invest of Uzbekistan,  They are agency who sources various products from International Market of the country’s market,  and through their  distribution channel all over the country they send these products.  They are very keen to have mou with PHARMEXCIL for Sourcing Drugs and Pharmaceuticals.  They will be sending the draft MOU in weeks time.  This meeting was also attended by  XL Laboratories, Cooper Pharma and Hexagon Limited.

 

Meeting Dr. Mirodil Baymukhamedov,  Director Education, Scientifc and Information Centre.  He is also the head of Doctors group Uzbekistan.  He helped me in preparing report on UZBEK Market

Meeting with MR. Farhad Keyyum, Manager, Route Development, GEODIS Overseas Pvt. Ltd.  They are specialized Freight forwardes for CIS Region.  They extended their services Pharmexcil Members at a very special price.

 

Meeting With H.E. Mr. Tayal, Ambassador, Embassy of India.  He briefed us about the Uzbek market and assisted with providing data’s of distributors.  He also parsuing mater  health ministry for fast track registration, at least those companies who are US FDA or registed in 3 important countries of CIS Region including Russia.

 

Meeting with key Health ministry officials,  understood complete registration procedure and also got the list of Drug price in UZBEK
